Existing Exhibitors: Priority will be given to the Sponsors and Catering Units, Trade Stands, and Food and Craft Stalls who supported the Show in 2025. These Traders will be contacted in January 2026 to apply.

New Exhibitors: From the 1st of February 2026 we will accept enquiries from new exhibitors. Please fill in the appropriate application form and send it to the Tradestand Secretary Tradestands@northyorkshireshow.co.uk who will review and contact you if successful. 

Available pitches will be allocated to New applicants. We maintain a waiting list, and those on the list will be notified upon availability. If you would like your business to go on our waiting list, please get in touch using the appropriate application form. Offers of Sponsorship from trade stands will be given priority booking please speak to the Sponsorship Secretary Elaine Dennis email:. Sponsorship@northyorkshireshow.co.uk

CRAFT STALLS/FOOD STALLS WITHIN THE MARQUEES. Previous exhibitors will be given priority until 31/1/26. New exhibitors will be considered from 1/2/26. Please use the New application forms for 2026. 

Craft and Food stalls are 2m frontage by 1 m depth, including a table and 1 chair, £60 or 4m frontage x 1m depth, including 2 tables and 2 chairs £120. Meterage at £30 per meter. All stalls using a generator must request an outside wall. The closing date for all applications is 21st May 2026. This will be strictly adhered to.

Please ensure you can fit everything within your stand area. This includes - pegs, vehicle, gazebo, and generators. Thank you.
